Endurant Intelligent Charger

The Endurant Intelligent Battery Charger is specifically designed to produce maximum battery performance and life. Recharge voltage is set to ensure full charge is reached, sulphation on the plates is removed and the electrolyte is mixed with mild gassing. Once fully charged the charger turns completely off thus reducing grid corrorison commonly experienced by long periods of float charging.

The Endurant Intelligent Battery Charger provides a bulk charge rate (depending on the rated charger, 10 or 20 amps), until the battery voltage reaches 14.5-14.7 volts at which time the current begins to taper down.

Approximately 6 hours later (known as absorb charge) the Endurant Intelligent Battery Charger switches completely off and continues to monitor the state of charge of the battery, turning back on once the terminal voltage decays to a predetermined level of 12.4-12.5 volts. For the 24 volt version the voltages are twice that of the 12 volt.
